Your backup data is encrypted and stored on our own infrastructure in Switzerland, hosted in Swisscom Tier IV datacenters. The Acronis administration console associated with our service is also hosted in Switzerland.
Yes. You have full access to your backup configuration. Choose what to back up, set your schedules and define retention policies to suit your needs, within the resources included in your subscription.
Start a restore directly from your backup console, whenever you need it. Recovery begins immediately and uses the available bandwidth. The time needed to complete it depends on the amount of data and your connection speed.
You are responsible for monitoring backup jobs, checking their results and confirming that your policies cover the data you need. We provide and secure the infrastructure; you manage and monitor your backups through the console.
Your backup data is deleted 30 days after the service is deactivated. Export or restore anything you need before deactivation, and do not rely on the deletion period as an extension of the service.
